you right. Hating on JJ surely means that another player is next in line.

Actually, I am right. Every year, there is one player that doesn't live up to the all-knowing fans' expectations and then the long knives will come out.
Admit it, you love it. It validates you. Someone will not be perfect and then the bashing will begin. It doesn't matter that the guy is doing things for LSU that the haters never could.
He isn't performing to what YOU want, therefore he must be hammered.

Well, I do enjoy reading the board during FB season.

Whew....the negativity was really bad at times.

My confidence in coach Miles has gone up a few notches as well.

I just love the guy...he hires well, he recruits great, he is funny, personable, likable, "just wins a lot of games", and is a great ambassador for LSU

overall, the Hat is great for CFB..he is an Icon

Glad he is our coach

based on the past couple of months on the Rant, I would say Josh D is the favorite...of course the aryans won't latch on to him, I'd guess at this point Shep is probably the candidate there.

I didnt realize you were this stupid.

JJ had three years.
Living up to MY and all other LSU fans expectations were the least of thats guys problems.
JJ and

The guy got worse instead of better,,, let me say it again,,, JJ got worse as he got older and played in more LSU football games.
Any strife JJ recieved from his own fans was self inflicted.

Get over yourself.

Give me a break...when we start going after a guy cause of facial expressions your "self inflicted" stuff rings more than a tad hollow.

The eating of our own that both our Sr QB's faced in their careers was/is a sad statement bout the mean spirited approach some of us take with our own. imo

Get over MYSELF?
Look at you. Hating on someone that has given more to LSU than you ever will. That's adult and sane behavior isn't it? And nursing that hatred over several years is really healthy isn't it?

Because he wasn't?????????????? Perfect? I seem to recall that he had some pretty good games, but he wasn't as perfect as you, the pcture of perfrection) demanded?
How logical is it is it to keep pouring on the hatred after the guys is gone?

Get over MYSELF?
Look in the mirror bud.

Let me say it one more time..
People like JJ, RP, JR, chris jackson, DByrd, cecil collins, larry foster and the like bring everything they get that is "negative" on themselves.
Obv everyone of those guys has a different level of dislike if any LSU fans have about them.
Point remains the same,, each of them brought the shite upon themselves.

There is a reason why guys such as Glen Dorsey, Shaq, Jacob Hester, Tommy casanova, Todd Walker, Eddie Furniss, ect ect are so loved by LSU fans.

They did things the right way,,, on and off the field.

It must be terribly difficult for people such as you to come to terms with that... but try harder.. maybe you'll get it one of these days.

oh yeah..

The fact you are willing to equate anything bout JJ with "cecil collins" only shows to what level you are willing to go to push your personal agenda against an X LSU player to this point in time hasn't had any charge proven against him.

If you have a problem with one , take

Both represented LSU poorly. That's his point.

Glad to have you back on the wagon. More LSU fans should join you.

I was as cynical as any during the 2008-2009 seasons. I was frustrated with the coaches and the players all the time. Then I realized I wasn't enjoying LSU football like I used to. My expectations were too high and I wasn't enjoying the ride.

Then I realized that we have a hell of a coach who will always give us a fun an interesting ride, no matter the result. Our coach and players represent LSU with pride and I'm happy for that win or lose. And more often then not, the results are great. Enjoy LSU football for what it is, and you'll never be disappointed. The last two seasons have been a blast and we have many more ahead.
