Miss out on Jimbo, hire a interim, 2qb's decommitt bc we do not have a OC, a talent laden team loses 4 games and was terribly coached for the first 4 weeks of the season. Everything that Alleva could have done wrong....was done wrong. Program has taken a step backwards because of terrible leadership from top to bottom. No telling how many other recruits we miss on because of the mismanagement.

If we missed on Jimbo this year, what makes you think we would've gotten him at the end of 2015?

I mean, what stopped us from hiring the likes of Gundy, Macintyre, Fedora, etc.?

I upvoted because you are right.

F. King and Alleva are a disaster.

It would have been better to fire Les last season, even if everything else was the same. It cost us at least 2 losses this season, that plus the timing is hurting us in recruiting right now.

What makes you think we wouldn't have fricked up last year too?

fricking up last year would probably have been better than fricking up this year.

You don't Fire a coach like Miles mid season without a plan

He has been gone 11 weeks and we have no idea what to do.

Because you don't give O time to campaign. You have to do a real search and don't have that spectre of O clouding everything.

I now see why O is such a good recruiter. He manipulated the shite out of our media trading access for cheerleading. I stand by my original proposal that BDP be hired the interim. He had the best win percentage on staff and we were in no danger of promoting him.
