MY HOPE IS THAT THIS THREAD REMAINS ABOUT LSU'S ADMINISTRATION AND ITS LACK OF CONTINUITY AND THE NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP GOAL.

Why am i screaming?

Alabama is where they are today becuse Football butters their bread and they have the best coach in the country who consistsntly wins. Everyone is on the same page because Saban wins and he gets what he wants.

Dude, in the post just above yours, SFP sings the praises of bama' basketball team.

I'm not "blinded" by my hate for Bama. I'm also not "fighting." The way I see it is that Bama gets enough lip service from all corners of the world of sports; there is absolutely no reason to devote our board to glorifying them or their "process."

If you want to talk about bama' greatness, that's fine. It just has no place on the rant. Bama are great recruiters, they need no help from LSU fans.

One thing I will say is LSU was very close to being the goat instead of bama. So it's not impossible.

Look at my post at the top of this page.

It is a must that LSU emulate that best.

It gags me to say it but the best is bama.

The good news is that if LSU ADMIN all got on the same page and made winning NC's at Football a priority....LSU could easily surpass bama.

But will it ever happen?

BROTHERS, this is Saban last year at Bama. So what is going to be our excuse next year and the next 6 we lost in a row. When Miles leaves and we continue to lose to them. Yes they are and have always been a small NFL team with a payroll in the millions. So fricking what, we aren't Mother Theresa either.

We need to make the same commitment that the other relevant programs are making toward one objective, winning, and end all this bullshite Louisiana politics, etc. We can not control the cheating, refs, SEC office bullshite, but we can control what goes on in our house. We need to fix that first.

You have to discuss Bama when talking about where we are lacking as a program.

You're right: there is absolutely no way to talk about LSU football without penning a love letter to Bama and Saban. I stand corrected.

I don't want to be Alabama I want LSU to reach for it's potential. The current leadership in the LSU presidential office doesn't give a shite.

Bama is the best program in the country, in the SEC, and in the West division of the SEC. Bama is the program all SEC programs are measured by.

You're a Stanford fan and a Gump wanna-be. Go play on their two boards. Bye and don't come back. Our empty wagons will still be too full to accept any of you back later.

Bama is the best football program in the country because they have nick Saban.

before that they were a laughing stock for 10 years.

Their other two sports have been completely ignored since Saban arrived.

So before this becomes a Bama suck off just make it what it is which is a Saban suck off.

This.

Put LSU in Clemson's conference, with their schedule, and we are playing tomorrow night too.

When Bama inevitably beats Clemson in similar fashion to beating us due to the talent gap, will this thread die?

To the person saying LSU could surpass Bama with the right administatrive support I disagree. Yes LSU could win titles, but not on a dynasty like level of Bama. No other school in the country could surpass Bama level of dominance and that includes USC and Notre Dame
