someone a few days ago posted a couple pictures of FSU football team and it showed how much talent they had. All of the players were drafted by a team and some of the players were Jameis Winston, donte freeman and Carlos Williams. Now that I think about it, the year they won the national title with all that talent they nearly lost a handful of those games to vastly inferior talent. So if we think about it the same as we have with les miles than that's COACHING and coaching down to your opponent. And if I remember correctly their Heisman trophy winning QB had to make spectacular plays to help win those games. Some people said he doesn't coach down to the opponent. Well to me it looks like he does.

I honestly don't know why people think Jimbo would be a slam-dunk hire...I'm not making a statement about keeping Miles, I think it might be time to move on, but I'm prepared to be just as frustrated at times with any new coach, but for hopefully different reasons.

I'd like to give the OP a chance to do some research before actually dropping the boom.

So Miles lost two games in his national championship season, and Jimbo lost none. Miles lost 5 games the season after winning the title, and Jimbo ran off 13 wins in a row and finished 13-1.

Look at the LSU 2011 team. Loaded with talent!! If not for the Honey Badger, we lose to Arkansas and Georgia.

You hire the resume.

Jimbo has a better resume than any coach LSU has ever hired. And you're afraid?

The offense in the Arkansas game got bailed out by a return and a fumble caused by TM

IN 2013 the only game they played that was within 2 scores was the national championship game.

Their average margin of victory was 39.5 points

they beat then #3 Clemson 51-14

Don't worry LNCHBOX posted in Oct 2013 that he wasn't impressed with Jimbo and FSU.

2013 FSU goes undefeated and wins the National Championship = playing down to your opponents like Les

And their average margin of victory during the regular season was by 42.3points. Closest game was National Championship vs Auburn where they won by 3. The next closest game was a 14point victory over Bosten College.

So where are these games that they almost lost to vastly inferior teams?

Same people saying they're not impressed with Jimbo's title year say they're impressed with Les's 2 loss title year.
