I don't get that from the report or the articles. Any attorney is going to try and destroy her credibility in court by saying she is biased, but there is no denying that she is a 3rd party.
Also, people were questioning how someone would know Johns in the fight when he is hardly known to avid LSU fans. Well, this Long girl is from Denham Springs and Johns went to Central, and they are around the same age, so it makes alot of sense that she would recognize JJ, for obvious reasons, and Johns.

Notice the use of "objective" in the statement? That is because it is obvious that Long is probably biased, but she is still a third party. How hard is this to understand?

Me too, but I'll share mine.
Because Shady's may become a party to the civil suit, their liability carrier has instructed them to not allow any of their employees to give independent statements, except to Police.
