So, if we were to go 1-10 it's okay with us as long as we beat Alabama since y'all are the only thing we see on our schedule? Don't flatter yourself.

It is Bama, today and tomorrow. Good luck to the Rebs but even after the AZZ rape last year, LSU doesnt care one iota about anyone, let alone Ole Miss.
Its great to be back, to be hated and to not have people saying "you have a good coach, give him time, he's got it headed in the right direction", etc. You know you are a force when people hate you and dont pat you on the back. How many people said "Croom is a great coach". Yea because you want to keep beating them. Nobody pats us anymore. Its a great time to be a Bama fan. Like the old days. Just more venom right now due to the Saban jelousy. Look at most of the threads here daily. They are Bama in orientation. Ah, never thought the daze would b back.

The daze will be back when our 2 crystal balls from this decade are smackin you over the head.

The Rant sure does love some preseason.

If you took off the label of each team and looked at it JUST based on the talent level, I'm sure most of you would say Ole Miss is the team you would be most concerned with at this point.

Best returning QB in the West, best dual threat returning in the West, best pass rusher returning in the country, and 12 other starters.

This is one of the two most arguments I've heard this season:

1) Ole Miss always chokes when the pressure is on
2) Houston Nutt never lives up to expectations.

Neither of those have to do, logically, with the game of football. All it has to do with is wishful hoping.

For instance, there was an amount of pressure on Ole Miss to beat LSU last season, to clinch 2nd in the West and a Cotton Bowl berth. Ole Miss didn't choke then.

Oh well, believe what you want, but just don't be surprised when Ole Miss competes with LSU again. The difference between 2003 and 2009 is we finally have a QB who has playmakers around him.

They're both gonna be great games, tough games for LSU, 'Bama and Ole Miss. The SEC West is the stronger division this year, and I'm glad for that.

Ok really. The only reason you see more votes on bama is because of Satan being there. No Satan then probably a toss up. Tiger fans have felt slighted over the way Satan left LSU and Miami. We want to see him fail miserably no matter where he goes.

Ole urine is just an afterthought. Given they sneak up on us every 3 or 4 years after we play a tougher SEC team the week before or after.

Bama hands down.

Ole Miss wont slide in under the radar this year and will finish third.

They cant heandle the hype.

Ole Miss sits squarely atop my list of most hated schools. However I am fired up about the LSU/Ole Miss game having national relevance.

To answer your question both games concern me equally although Ole Miss is the one I want the most.

I'd like LSU to win both games, but if they could win only one then you'd be a fool not to pick whichever team has the better record at that point

Looks like Ole Miss has a fairly easy schedule tho so that could be them this year (weird is all i can say about that)

Of course if you asked me what one team would I most like LSU to beat this year it's neither - Florida is the answer seeing as they are the best team LSU will face this year
