you could hear them over our "crowd", esp in the second half.

it really is pathetic when over half the stands are empty at halftime. I know, they buy their ticket and do what they want but it is embarrassing. the LSU fan sure has changed since my day.

actually, this was an entertaining game. sure, Syracuse mounted a come back and we had our #2 QB in the game but it was football! and LSU pulled it out with a stop and a TD. anyone that didn't "have a dog in the hunt" would have enjoyed watching that game. I also enjoyed watching the Syracuse fans have a good time while our fans seemed sullen and quiet most of the game.

Then by all means, become a Syracuse fan going forward and spam us with fewer inane posts.

No you couldn't

You could hear them after they scored a TD or made a huge play when the LSU crowd went silent.

Which happens literally every single time in stadiums when the visiting team does something good sans LSU/UGA 03.

You are a much better football poster than you are baseball. I can't disagree with anything you said.

It was not a great game for LSU, because it was WAYYY closer than it should have been, but I'm sure was a decent game for someone to watch who didnt have much interest. I'm also disgusted by our "fans," but it is what it is.

I actually fell kind of sorry for you. our Tigers are not dominating world beaters this year and most positions are filled with inexperienced young players. if you can get over your snobbish "we are better than those low lifes" attitude and just view it as a football game you too can be entertained. let me tell you, that Syracuse qb was damn good and he had two wr's that were fantastic and I bet NFL bound. even so, I felt that we had control of the game and would win it. and we did. you have to admire Syracuse tho; they were outmatched and were not intimidated one iota. they are true competitors.

Yeah, me too.

I dont think its fair to criticize the crowd when you were not part of it yourself.

I know I get over invested emotionally in baseball. because I played and coached for a long time.

I'm glad the fans arent showing up. From the tailgate ban on Nicholson, the levee lot charging to park, etc., Joe Alleva has done his best to ruin the gameday experience. His incompetence in handling the Miles firing and the hiring of Orgeron is just the cherry on top.

I watched an obese LSU fan fight an obese Syracuse fan. Then the cops dragged both of them off. 10/10 was way better than the game

Mediocre people don't like high achievers and high achievers don't like mediocre people.

I can't disagree with you here either.

I can't stand Alleva and the crap he is doing, that seem to be ruining the game day experience and making it more and more difficult for the every day fan to be able to attend.

I think it was a joke how he handled the Miles firing/not firing at the end of year in 15/16.

I think he handled the hiring process of Oregeron terribly.

However, all that being said, I love LSU. I love LSU football, and I only get the opportunity to watch it a few weekends a year. I'm not going to let a hatred of Alleva, or thinking we dont have the best coach available, to change me watching LSU football.
