Well, maybe. But he and his staff prepare them pretty well for Saturday afternoons and evenings from Labor Day to New Year's and so.

Well, they did have 4 1st rounders compared to 3 for LSU...
Face it, Saban is a great coach, end of story...not happy he left, but extremely happy he came to LSU...
These threads about the "business decision" or who puts more talent in the NFL, mean absolutely NOTHING when it comes to wins vs losses during the season...

Bingo! Don't get me wrong. I'm happy as heck for our 3 boys who got drafted last night. And it looks good for the program. But I assure walking back to the car after the Florida game last fall I was not saying "but, gosh jeepers, we're going to have more players drafted than those darn Gators are!"

Bama has tons of players being successful in the NFL. They aren't any better or worse than LSU at putting successful players into the league though. They've just been more successful on saturdays.

but it means something in recruiting. the point is high school players need to understand they can be prepared at any of the top schools for the nfl.

Saban's jobis to win college football games. He's been very successful at that. LSU fans that continue to post about Bama's players in the NFL suffer from penis envy.

LSU has more players in the NFL. Big frick deal. What has that gotten them?

It's not Saban's job alone. The players have to dedicate themselves. Saban's got a lot of former dbs and lbs making an impact in the NFL, though.

Alabama had the most 1st round picks in the draft this year.

Saban has had 22 first round draft picks since he has been the Bama coach, which is more than any other team in the county in that span.

Seems the results don't back your myth claim

I 100% agree with this.

Who gives a shite about who played where in college, except a senior in hs that has an illusion of playing pro ball. Receuiting tool at best. And I think saban does a lights out job at that despite his players "sucking in the nfl"

The NFLU thing is pretty cool, but I would rather be known as national championship u any day.
