Why would they pair us with WF instead of USM? LSU-USM and NC-WF makes a lot more sense.

They are both in the ACC dufus

Heard the dude just now on SECN. Said he thinks LSU is a lock, but there is 3 playing for 2.

Who is the third??? Kentucky, Stanford and who????

Southern Miss probably if they win CUSA Tournament. Virginia and Clemson are both out of winning their pool and advancing in the ACC so it's not them.

Updated....

Changes:

- I now have 7 teams locked in. LSU's win yesterday locked them in, if they weren't already locked before.

- Despite the loss to LSU, I moved Kentucky ahead of Stanford for now. Their resume is just too impressive to leave out.

- Now we have 3 teams fighting for the final spot (Stanford, Kentucky, Southern Miss). Wake Forest is still lurking, if they can win the ACC Tournament and get some major help from the other 3 teams.

- Some big movement among my predicted national seed rankings. LSU's resume will just be too impressive to leave at 6 or 7. They will probably have the second best resume among national seeds, in terms of RPI and SOS. If the committee ranks according to resume, LSU has to be up. I am almost tempted to put Florida as the #1 overall, but Oregon St. just has too pretty of a record. Their SOS is HORRIBLE though, and will continue to fall. Still couldn't pull that trigger though.

Let's not act like this was not possible. Was doing nothing more than trying to cover every scenario. The picture is now becoming very clear though.

Don't try to throw that up like it was a prediction.

You're right. UK had to win the SECT to have the last seed.

On paper I think they should be in, they can hit the ball.

Nah. I actually put them in over Stanford after the loss to LSU. You are right. On paper they should be in. Hoping the committee goes with the 8 best resumes instead of playing the location game.

He couldn't have been talking about Southern Miss. If it's 3 teams playing for 2 spots, then he would have had to have been talking about TCU, Louisville, Texas Tech, LSU. One of the 7 that we consider in.

Probably TCU in addition to Kentucky and Stanford then.

Stanford sweeps and UK is out....they take 2 of 3 and it will be a coin toss.

There is a serious lack of drama for 7 spots....but that last spot will come down to the last pitch.

Updated.....took a wild guess at all host sites, since National Seeds are all pretty much decided. Only question remains Stanford or Kentucky.

Hold, what does LSU need to do today to hope for an NCAA bid? I'll hang up and listen...

Pretty spot on, as usual.

Its not like your regional host are mostly wrong.

Who could have predicted that Clemson would have totally fallen apart? And even then....they could still host.

We are a day away from the finish and I probably have some host wrong. May be wrong about UK/Stanford too.

We'll have almost all of the host spots figured out by tonight. I love trying to figure out how the committee will pair each bracket.
