Thanks for the love from the congregation...except Guedeaux - he loves little boys and Barbie dolls. Complete tool.
Anyway, TPN will invade HEAUX-lumbia this year, and bring the love to the uninformed in South Carolina. If the Borat movie is any indication of their fanbase(those frat dudes on the RV), it should make for an interesting mix.
The response in 'Da Grove was 80-20. 80% of the uptight deck-shoe wearing, Croakie-toters loved it, and the other 20% (who use their daddy's tickets and Beamer) hated us. 100% of the LSU fans loved it for what it was - going extreme in rooting for LSU in the "hollowed" grounds of the Grove. Parents, the chancellor, players' parents and girlfriends all participated and we had a blast at the tailgate.

Hey man, I think its pretty ridiculous for men that age to be dressing like that but on the other hand its pretty funny. The guys looked like they were having a blast and thats what college football is all about.
Personally I wouldnt do it, but you got to do what you got to do to get into the saturday spirit.
EDIT: I have bashed the "pimps" in the past but Im over that now and accept there way of tailgating.

I must be the lamest of the lame then. I founded the Pimps about 10 years ago. Like has been said over and over, if you don't get it, that's fine. Do your thing and we will do ours. I promise we have more fun. Geaux Tigers - do yo' thing!

I would like to add that these guys spend a good amount of money on their suits. These aren't a bunch of trash who go to party city/walmart and buy the $29 special.
You will never see these guys getting into fights and causing trouble.
Lastly, I don't see how anyone who has ever seen the LSU fan base on gameday can make fun of the pimps. There are enough other retarded people running around ruining it for LSU to be bothered with a group of good guys getting their fun on.

I know who a few of these guys are and believe me they are just as bad when they aren't dressed up in the pimp gear. Wasn't the Pimp thing funny in the 90's? I just don't get how it's really funny anymore. Hey look were are white dudes dressed up like LSU Pimips from the 70's. Nevermind that is Hilarious.

Someone I know in Baton Rouge said a lot of the Pimps are gay. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Any truth to that, Trank? I have no problem with it. Looks like they are just having a good time.

Someone posted that one of the pimps was thrown out the stadium.(think it was last year)Guy who posted said the reason was BS.He said about 10 mins later the pimp showed back up at his seat again...he asked how he got back in and the pimp said he had a stack of tickets in his pocket...
