Don't do it. I know you are curious and you think "what could it hurt?" You will will quickly regret it. You'll find that, just like watching an Al Qaeda beheading or Two Girls and a Cup, you'll wish that you hadn't exposed yourself to that kind of horror, and it will haunt your mind forever. Not worth it.

It is the worst college commercial I've ever seen,not just the worst for LSU but for ANY school. It is really enbarrasing and VERY amateurish.

wow, the ad department is loving this thread.
the ad is being talked about by some self righteous football nerds. now, do the guys like to come to a university w/ females, or would they rather have an ad appeal to them??
p.p.s double edit: is this op the guy who starts threads about what people look like or the clothes they wear? (kinda lite-footed?)
the ads are designed to appeal to the audience they want to attract. YOU don't matter.
edit: why would they use a locally produced ad by students when they could easily pay mr. ad man $20K?

Seriously, whoever produced that commercial should be gently but immediately reassigned. It is middle school student quality and nationally embarassing. Who's in charge over there?

My niece loves this commercial and she wants to come to LSU. She lives in the Northeast.
Obviously the ad doesn't suck as much as the infinite wisdom in this thread would suggest.

I am glad I am not the only LSU alum that has grimaced at pretty much all of our commercials.
LSU is a first rate university that is consistently bettering itself. To allow those garbage commercials to represent the institution is ridiculous.
Those kind of spots hurt the perception of people around the nation. One great, moving commercial would do a great deal in terms of recruiting students and improving national image.
I went to grad school at a very well respected Big Ten school. Though my educational experience at LSU was better, the Big Ten school is perceived differently simply through superior marketing.

It's one of the worst commercials I have ever seen, even compared to the four years of Baton Rouge market commercial I suffered. See: "Auto Yes."
As an alumnus, I cringe every time I am watching games with non-LSU fans and it comes on.
Last year's was lightyears ahead of this year's and that isn't saying a lot.

1) The clown who came up with this stupid idea
2) The idiot who approved it
3) The moron who wrote the check to fund it
4) The dumb@ss who saw the final product and said "yep, looks good, lets show this to the nation"
The Credit Clown Commercial is better than this embarrassing excuse of an LSU commercial.
