Sounds like your government health care website.

Sounds like a good reason why they never announced the attendance at the game. It was pitiful considering the match up.

BS on the 77,000. By the second quarter it was damn well near full. Which is still bad for a Florida game, but not that bad.

The two fraternity groups sitting behind me left in the beginning of the second quarter and at halftime though.

LSU fans have gotten spoiled, and subsequently, soft.

So why would LSU decrease the number by 3000?

77,000 sounds about right. I've said this a million times....people in the bleachers spread out when seats are not occupied. It LOOKS like the section is full when in fact, people are missing.

Your pic if enlarged does show missing fans.
About 20% of the seats were empty. Two upper sections below the north scored board were completely empty. The attendance was totally shameful.
Biff n Buffy sitting in front of us showed up 5 mins into the second quarter and left at half. Why even bother coming to the game for 10 min.

Verne pointed the crowd out with under 5 minutes left in the game after the Beckwith fumble.

I don't blame you for deflecting. It must be extremely embarrassing and probably sad to see LSU's fanbase disintegrate.

I think its funny that LSU is taking up so much space in your head, your team is on the ropes in oxford, yet youre posting in a LSU stadium attendance thread. Congrats on looking like a scared bitch. I would be too after the dismal performance JFF put up on us last season

I'm not sure but the only part that looked empty on TV was at the top of the student section and at that has always been like that because all of the students try to pile up close to the bottom.

Lots were late due to the traffic, literally spent 2hrs on river road between lauberge and lsu, I was there from 12-2 and there were tons of cars behind me. Anyone who did not get out there early was late or just gave up and went home. At that point levee lots were closed and no where to park unless you had a parking pass.. Even with a pass lots were going to be at least 30min late if not 1hr.

Rabalais from the Advocate tweeted that there were 14,500 "no shows". I guess based on the tickets scanned. Verne and Gary talked about it being widespread in college football this year. Very surprised by so many empty seats. Especially when they were reporting that all available parking spaces were gone an hour and a half before game time.
