The foul call would of resulted in zero runs

By rule you can NOT assume a double. So call reverse guy is awarded 1st, guy on first goes to second, and guy on second goes to third

No you cannot except a ground rule double or the batter has already rounded 1st both of which did not happen

Runs score if OSU hustled just like ground rule double player on first gets third

The umpires would look at the position of the runners and cautiously award bases. Meaning they may not assume a double, but award home to the runner that started on 2nd.

He would have been given a double, one run in and runners at third and second.

If that had happened to LSU, I would've been more upset that it wasn't called fair live since it was that close. They could always go back and correct it if it was foul.
In that case, 2 runs would've scored for sure.
