The coaching staff feels OLD!

Im sorry folks but it has to be said. The importance of optics cannot be understated. On one hand you have younger coaches like Kirby, Kiffin, etc..out on the field throwing high fives and chest bumps. On the other hand you have Les and Cam who remind you more of your older uncle who comes to visit during the holidays. We need some new ENERGY in the coaching ranks

That's because they are old.

Very good observation

My thoughts exactly. Coordinators need to be on the field to create more emotion on the sideline. It doesn't do the players any good to have to talk to them on the phone instead of in person. If you got a little bit more emotion out of your head coach that could negate the problem but Les is a statue out there.

Bill Belichick is old - you would not take him?

Not just those 2 - Steele, Ensminger, Peveto, Ball... I mean just look at this lineup:
LINK
Is Frank the only one under 40?
Miles has been hiring guys he's comfortable with, rather than guys that will push him to think differently about things.

Maybe not old but very incompetent to adjusting to different defensive schemes
