Maybe bring her on as an assistant to the next coach with the understanding that she's the head coach in everything but name only.

Make the woman do the work but give her a lower title and pay, amirite?

She could be paid more than the HC for all I care. I just don't think she'd be able to recruit 17 year old boys as HC. Give them a male figurehead and let the basketball genius run the team.

nice job stereotyping black men. your claims have no basis

the spotlight on the program will be brighter than ever before. 17-year-olds crave the spotlight...

Pokey did not do it once & get caught once. It was an ongoing relationship, one that the team & staff members knew about & it was seriously impacting moral. Forget the 2 consenting adults excuse. No coach in any sport can become sexually involved with one of the players, especially at these ages. And was she just a good coach because of one special player?

You know there's a ton of gay black people in this world right?

Where are you coming up with this?

No coach with a hint of sexual controversy will ever be hired. And shouldn't be.

What?

Would you be OK with a head football coach having a gay sexual relationship with a football player?

If they are both consenting adults I couldn't care less what they do in their personal lives.

I just want a coach who will lead the team to wins, bring us to the tournament more often than not, maybe make an occasional run.

I don't care if the person who does that is black, white, male, female, gay or straight.

so far no one has come up with any legitimate "cons" for hiring her. there really are none...

I hate to feed the troll, but what's her all-time W/L record in coaching Men's basketball games?

Why don't we just replace PM with Beth Torina?

Rick Stansburry - yes, as qualified or better
Matt McCall - unproven, not enough HC experience
Butch Pierre - no HC experience

I'll give you 1/3
