I ran across some students who made the trip after the game and they were very appreciative of our hospitality.

That was cold, man. South Carolina fans are people too, man. Have a heart.

That category 1/2 shite was funny, though.

No thanks are necessary-- we felt honored and obliged to help a friend in need just as Arizona State came to our aid in the same way 10 years ago in the aftermath of Katrina, when the LSU Campus became worlds largest and busiest EMS facility-- PMAC was a morgue, triage all over the place, helicopters and ambulances coming and going- 5000 student volunteers. Somehow, on short notice, ASU printed, sold and distributed 75000 tix and put on a well prepared game in Sun Devil Stadium.
The LSU faithful were just doing the same for USC while the situation was dire and dangerous in Columbia.
Thanks again, ASU, and Godspeed in recovery, Columbia.

My Niece goes to USC and this week brought us together in a lovely human, real way that made me proud to be a LSU fan and season ticket holder. Geaux tigers and fight on Gamecocks glad your experience in BR was a good one.

Was looking for that bazookabob post so I could down vote it. I guess admins deleted it.

Hope y'all recover from this flooding crap. I've experienced it first and and it truly sucks, but you'll get past it.

Best of luck to you, South Carolina!

Hey, SCFan, you're very welcome. We know what it's like to be underwater with nowhere to go. Y'all are a great opponent representing a great university from a great state.

Recent news has come out of Spurrier's retirement at mid-season. Undoubtedly that hurts. We wish y'all all the best for the remainder of this season. Our hearts and thoughts are with y'all for the duration.

It's been a pleasure to allow y'all to host us in our own home, ad it'll be a pleasure to welcome you back to Baton Rouge next year when WE get to be the host team. Hopefully we'll get to see your band next time! We'll be expecting a wonderful halftime program from them. (We wont, however, be wishing you Gamecocks too much success against our team though. )

I am a LSU fan who lives in SC. I hated the game got moved to BR because I was looking forward to seeing the game at Williams-Brice. But I am glad you all got such a good reception from the Tiger fans down there. I just heard about Spurrier retiring. He is my favorite SEC coach after Les Miles. A great coach with a dry sense of humor and a man of integrity. He will be missed.
Go Cocks! Geaux Tigers!

arse kisser!! But really, good luck the rest of the way Cock fans. Sorry the OBC quit on you mid-season. He kinda kicked us Gator fans in the nuts on his way out too. I hope you get a great new up and coming coach and not some fossil like Saban or Meyer.
