They probably wanted Aranda more, but A&M played this very well and caught our administration flat-footed. They got one of the DCs they were targeting and made us pay more for ours.
We won't care if we hire a big-name OC. However, if we simply promote Ensminger, you can't rule out that A&M played us pretty well.

They are too dumb to realize that Texas is full of pussy arse players. All the good defensive players get plucked by Bama LSU OSU etc. spread offense is all they know and they will never win in the SEC with that type of system.

Elko was their guy 2 weeks ago. They had to pay him more now because of the offer to Aranda. They gambled and lost.

Seriously, we pay our HC 1/2 of what they pay their HC annually. Lets not even start looking at the guaranteed money.

Yet only LSU is the shite show when dealing with hiring coaches. We lose out on 2 coaches and are the embarrassment of cfb...A&M gives a coach a 10 year deal and throws tons of money at our DC and it isn't a shite show...the logic by some of our fans is retarded

I despise that damn school and fanbase. I hate them more than Bama and as much or more than I used to hate USC. At least Bama can backup their crap.
All of my UT friends warned me about these idiots when the SEC decided to let them buy their way in. All of those warnings were 100% spot on. They are a swarm of damn gnats that just won't go away and too dumb to realize it.
