You want to see how much Basketball means to these ladies that play ? Take a look at the Michigan post game conference after the LSU loss. These ladies were devastated. A classy group of players. Congrats the the Lady Tigers for a gutsy victory !

I don’t feel bad for them. They had 4 players kneel on the court during the national anthem.

We really got after it on defense - I think we were doing that earlier in the year and got away from it.

If you look at the game objectively, we still really struggled shooting the ball, but the defense and rebounding more than compensated for that.

If we can keep that up we'll be a tougher out that I thought.

Yep both were 5th year seniors, probably the last time in their lives that they are the top dogs on the court. Wish them all the best in whatever they do... Geaux Tigers!

Normal people probably

I know respect and honoring your country isn’t high on the list of priorities for liberal filth like yourself, but for us normal people, yes we care

I would rather both teams stay in the locker room. Save your political stances for outside the sports arena. If you don't like it, don't come in until after the anthem.

I am tired of your type pushing false narratives on the majority. If you don't like the anthem, stay away until it is done. I have been where they play the other so called anthem. I walked to the halls outside the arena because I don't think it is appropriate. I wasn't going to draw attention to myself. Bottom line, If you don't like or agree, stay away until it is finished.

That's probably one reason they lost.

How do you win if you express shame? It's like the opposite of a haka.

What would you say to the LSU team leaving the court during the anthem and coming back on after? Because that's what happened.

They looked like a good group of girls.

Like John Ed Bradley said about football.... "It ends for everyone some day. Some after peewee football, some after HS, some after college and some after a career in the pros. It happens to everyone and it can be devastating when you realize it's over."

Nope. Michigan played dirty and tried to bully us. Kim had our team ready though, and we were tougher.

And they were the much bigger team. They have 12 players on their roster at least 6' tall. We have 5 and really only play 2 of them (Angel and LaDazhia).

It was a very physical game on both sides. It just seemed like we handled that physicality much better than Michigan did.
