Tailgating at LSU changing?

I received a message from LSU stating that there will be no tailgate at LSU allowed that has groups of 10 or more. Is this correct or does any one have more information on this policy change?

We go through this every year. Officially sanctioned organizations with LSU are required to have a permit/approval to tailgate or have events when more than 10 persons are present.
This is nothing new and pertains to Greek Life, the debate club, etc.
