Syracuse is taking a different approach than Auburn did last week.

Leonard Fournette is a lovely human being deserving of unconditional love and puppy kisses and foot massages and a personalized Snuggie with his face checkered across it.

It's actually very funny. Not sure how you could take that type of SB Nation piece seriously.

Every time you post I freak out for a sec thinking someone's posting under my account.

The only question remaining is:
Leonard Fournette – great human being, or the greatest human being?
The answer is: YES.

Now that's how you write an article when you are Syracuse.

Dammit if I'm not warming up to Syracuse's fanbase. They have a sense of humor about their team that is similar to ours.
I always regarded them as the "Great Yankee Pretenders" - a team that used to be hyped up by the NY sportswriters because, outside of the occasional BC team, no Northeastern team ever makes any sort of splash after September/October. I guess they moved on to Rutgers, but Syracuse was one of those that: "Why are they ranked so high, preseason? Jim Brown was decades ago, baw."
Now, I may have to rethink that. Their forums are a hoot, especially after Saturday.
An example that sticks out:
"Well, that was terrifying."

I say the crowd needs to give him a standing ovation just to be sure he knows how much we appreciate his presence.

Fournette lines up 1v1 with God, who wins?
It’s a trick question because Fournette is God

It's reverse psychology to motivate their defense into hearing so much about him they ball out to stop him. Good luck.

Syracuse in the 90's was legit. They had 2 HOF and Pro Bowl QB at one time. When they had Dwight Freeney, Marvin Harrison, McNabb, and Tebucky Jones they were legit. North or South.
