I believe this is the grey area that some people are having trouble with. I support the LSU football team. I'll always attend or watch the games; I'll always wear my LSU stuff. I'll always say we're the best and baddest bunch of MoFo's around.

With that being said I don't have to agree with every decision the team, coaches or organization makes to still be supportive. People are getting flack for not agreeing with a decision, doesn't mean they're not behind the team and don't support the team.

I don't like the fact that the guys broke curfew, I don't like the paid parking crap, but I still the support the players, coaches and school.

So save the just shut up support the decisions crap, if I didn't care about the program, this probably wouldn't get me fired up. I pay good money for seats, parking and paraphernalia, I deserve to voice my opinion and not sit down and shut up.
GO TIGERS

ETA: I don't condone the booing, but I understand the frustration.

#1 team in the country playing second home game and people boo. THAT IS frickING RETARDED!

Of course fans will disagree on playcalling and who plays it is all part of being a fan. I wasn't happy we ran the ball up the gut 3 consecutive times with 2-1/2 minutes left in first half but since they are #1 and undefeated I don't have much reason to bitch.

No. You buy a ticket and you DESERVE to be able to see the game live from a seat in the stadium.

You CAN "boo". But, it reveals you as a worthless, immature dick-head.

Just enjoy the 5-0 team ranked #1 in the nation and cheer. Sheeeesh. You do not need to agree with every decision or play call. You don't need to act like a child with no impulse control, either.

I don't think most people really have any issues with the voicing of one's opinion. Where you see people get up in arms is when it appears that EVERY decision made by the staff is questioned to the nth degree...or when disagreeing with a decision becomes screaming obscenities at our own players and coaches.

We are in the height of what can only be described as the Golden Age of LSU Football, and yet we're essentially at war with each other as fans, with the coaching staff, with the players, etc.

Why not enjoy the ride..? What ever happened to saving this animosity for incoming teams?

Yeah, we 5-0, 16-2 in our last 18 games, #1 in the nation, and our coach is winning games at the highest rate EVER at LSU for a coach here a few years....it's easy to be frustrated with that kinda chit going on with our program.

If you disagree with anything, Grumble to the guy next to you. Don't stand up and boo as loud as you can while encouraging others to do the same.

People who booed on Saturday need to grow the frick up and just enjoy the damn season. He put in the more physical QB on 4th and goal to get the score. Last I checked, it's a team effort. I saw nothing wrong with putting JJ in on that play. In no way did it hurt Lee's feelings, hell if Lee is a team player, he was probably thrilled we got a TD on that drive.

Frustration?? Anyone who thinks Lee gives us a better chance of converting a 4th and 1 on a QB sneak the JJ is borderline retarded.

People are upset JJ played period the end and boo'd the fact that he got in the game. If Mettenberger would have line up to take the QB sneak, no one wouldve boo'd

because these jackasses are too self-indulgent and too freakn' stupid to understand a concept that simple and that honest. booing your own kids is the ultimate "it's all about me" statement.

personally, I've adopted the same attitude as the team (and I paraphrase), "frick off and just geaux away."

i haven't heard or read one person just saying shut up and support the decisions. if you are against JJ going in, speak up. but booing him at the game as he enters the game after what he's been through as a person is shite. and it does no good at all. i think other fans have a right to trash those that did boo also. in other words, there is a time and place to express one's opinions and booing a player just isn't a mature action. i hope we can move on and get past this crap.

Again, I think it's wrong to boo. I don't like it and I don't agree with it.

But I think we can still say I don't like this and I didn't like that and not be told shut up we're #1, you shouldn't complain. I think you can still be supportive of the team and voice your opinion.

Big difference between disagreeing and booing the team, as in booing specific players. If you argue this you must not be very bright.

If you go there to bitch about the money, the parking, and the tickets then you DO deserve to be called a bitch.

The frustration of being ranked #1, having a top 5 defense can be a load sometimes. I get it.
