Georgia might have had the worst call of the year when after scoring a game changing TD they called an unsportsmanlike penalty on AJ Green that the SEC admitted there was no evidence to support it.

They also admitted that the make-up call on Charles Scott minutes later was the correct one..

Cmon people. I agree the INT was terrible & could have potentially changed the game in LSU's favor.POTENTIALLY
The rest of those calls (or non-calls) are so ticky tack they are hardly worth mentioning & happen to both teams almost every game.
The refs blew the INT call.Leave it at that. We absolutely could not stop Bama's running game & had several key injuries. That is why we lost.

I'd hardly call a blatant mis-spot on 4th down in the 4th quarter of 6-point national title semifinal game ticky-tack.

And the spear on Jefferson is hardly ticky-tack. It, in fact, was a spear.

The block in the back is the only non-call listed in this thread that doesn't really irritate me all that much. All of the others listed are legit errors, and there's no other way to slice it.

For starters the penalty thrown on Alabama for pass interference when Lee threw the ball out of bounds should have been holding which would have made the pass irrelevant. But the dumbass officials still can't tell the difference between pass interference and holding. The Refgate call did absolutely nothing to make the officials see the difference. Total horseshite

Anyone who says all these bad calls are unrelated errors is either in denial or not paying attention.

It is a poor war indeed if a few patriots can't make a profit from it.

I like your style.

Please excuse anything unsavory that ranters may say in your general direction when our teams meet in a few weeks.

not sure if its been mentioned in the previous 15 pages, but there was a punt return where mccray backed arenas up 4 or 5 yds and arenas broke out of the tackle but then was tackled by somebody else but they still marked the ball to where he had initially caught the ball. Correct me if im wrong, but if you break out of a tackle you are a free man and your progress starts over. I dont have pics to back it up but it happened right in front of me and everyone was scratching their heads about the spot...

Y'all are looking at where the center is holding the ball after he has positioned it in his hand and is ready to snap it(the fifity). Look across the field and you will see where the 4th down marker is actually located on the sideline. The ball was not on the 50.

Take a look at the down and distance at the top of the picture and it says 4th and 6. The down marker is just left of the 50 and the distance marker is 44

Just posted one more angle of the Peterson interception.

I don't know how they missed this call.

That is what the issue is all about. When refs blow calls it takes that potential away. Tell me this: do you think being down 6 with possession and 5:56 to go is tougher than being down 9 with under 3 minutes to go? The Colts couldn't stop Miami's running game, either. They still outscored 'em. I'm just sayin'.

Inarguable post. Note the absence of ESPN commentary. There is none.

If LSU would have been given the ball by the conspiracist refs, they would have not scored. LSU ran 56 total plays for 253 yards in 27:08. That is an average of 4.5 yards / play and 29 seconds / play. Given the time left on the clock and the distance to Bama's endzone, it would have taken LSU over 7 minutes to score when there was just under 6 minutes left in the game.

Sound stupid? Good, now take your response to this post and relate it to your pointless whining. LSU had no first downs, less than 15 yards in the 4th quarter, and your players were completely beat down and tired.

Even if JJ went back in, as some of you seem to think, and LSU scored a touchdown, Bama would have blocked the extra point. We would have received the kick-off, drove the length of the field, and scored a touchdown with less than a minute left.

Sound crazy and far fetched? Good, now take your response to this post and relate it to your pointless whining.

If I was to do what you ask, I am sure you could find some pictures to show that I did it improperly and moan about how you were robbed of the chance to type an e-mail the SEC Officials Office about some bogus non-penalties!
