Besides the millennial angles already mentioned..
What is LSU's breakdown of La kids vs Texas and OOS kids today? Versus say the 1950 to say 2000?
You can definitely tell that diehard native La blood is diluted versus a much more "see and be seen" socialite fanbase the last ten years.
Things in TS feel markedly different since say 2007 to 2009ish? Lamer Tamer.

So the students should be called out but the other 80% of the stadium is ok to be half empty at half time?

They've been playing football in that stadium for a long time. Traffic has always been there. People have not always left early. It's not a traffic issue. It's a fanbase issue.

Oklahoma fans stayed packed in late in 4th.. As OSU packed it in OU's..
Clemson and Aub have better Tigerfans in terms of staying in their seats and making noise..

LSU sucked arse a couple years I was a student, and we rode that shite out.
Traffic was HORRIBLE then. It's not an excuse now. It's not new. Leaving early is (somewhat) new.

It's been a spoiled fanbase for years..since the turn of around 2012 on forward sans big games like Bama..
Arrogant fan base that feels directional games and SEC retreads are beneath them..arriving and leaving like it were a Laker or Dodger crowd.
