I can't believe some of y'all are still bitching about the coaches, because one player didn't pan out. You guys bitching about coaches not producing Lee, are just stupid. Lee's dad is a coach, if his son is not being coach well, he would have been gone long ago.
Secondly, he's been at LSU for 3 YEARS. He can stay after practice and throw with his receivers. That shows committment.
I was hoping he would have done well last night. I even lay down some money on LSU last night, over 23 1/2 in 1st half. Couldn't believe we didn't cover that. At least y'all can't blame JJ for last night.

This is not why people are bitching about the coaches. Crowton failed last year, and he's failed even worse so far this year. He doesn't deserve another shot.

That close score last night was all coaching... The refusal to run the ball and try to win with a struggling qb is awful. Especially refusing to run on a team lsu could run all over. They could have gotten Lee some 2nd and manageable situations.

play calling and coaching are 2 completely different things.. if we're talking about his calls on the field then i agree he's made some questionable decisions at best but as far as his QB coaching i think JJs progression has been positive for the most part.. some kids have it and some dont, Lee just seems a little too shaky mentally for the position IMO..

OK

The coaches are great. The players are great. The fans are great. Jim Hawthorne is great. The band is great. The stadium is great. The hot dogs are great.

Nothing to worry about boys. Things are great. Can't wait till Ole Miss and Arky. It will be great.

your right i meant play calling. Its just frustrating how Crowton was using Lee. He didn't help Lee out at all last night with his play calling.

The coaches looked like they were trying to reinstill confidence in Lee. It just looks like it set him back even more.

I have been trying to discuss the coaching issues all day. Some just want to ignore it and place all blame on Lee.

The coaches tried to win the game with lee and not use him as a game manager.

The team wasn't ready to play they looked like they had no enthusiasm and didn't want to be there. Do talk to me about blaming the coaches or anyone.

hurry, get the play in...4seconds left on play clock...timeout! play clock running...get lined up correctly..timeout. get play called..line up correctly...false start. Five yard penalty. get play called...line up correctly...play clock..snap ball..hand off up the middle...holding.

LSU offense a bad acid trip....Coaching.

Lee is on his 3rd year in the system, some of the plays he was asked to make werent that difficult of reads.. no deep slants, maybe a couple go routes.. the passes that were almost pick 6's were simple hitches.. like i said i dont agree with alot of Crowton's playcalling, especially with the way Keiland was running last night but i understand his reasoning based on who we were playing and who was at QB.. like i said Lee is in his 3rd year in this system and he no doubt has a canon of an arm, why not stretch the field a little bit.. it was frickin Tech

I don't care if lee is in his 3rd year at Lsu he still has the O shite mentality if his first receiver isn't there. The offense needs to be a run/playaction offense where the main receiver in pattern is open. Also I don't see many outlet receivers with rb's and tight ends on pass plays.

It is pretty well established that Crowton has MAJOR issues and will either have to go at the end of this year or the next if he cons Les into 1 more year.

Personally I'd like to have him one more year because they are saying that he is really gonna open the playbook up next year and show some shite.

THIS THE WAY I SEE IT. WHEN LA.TEC HAVE 322 TOTAL YARDS ON UR DEFENSE AND ON OFFENSE WE ONLY HAVE 246 YARDS THEN YOU HAVE J.LEE THROW FOR 105 YARDS OFF 7/22. PENALTIES YOU GO 9/70 THEN YOU DONT EVEN WHEN POSSEION OF THE CLOCK OR FIRSTDOWNS AND YOU GO 2-9 BOI SOME PEOPLE JOBS ARE IN SERIOUS TROUBLE BECAUSE LSU WANNA BE AH POWERHOUSE BUT CANT BEAT AH TEC TEAM BUY LEAST 3 TOUCHDOWNS, ITS COACHIN, LACK OF EVERYTHING I CAN DRINK AH COLD ONE ON THIS DAT MILES OR CROWTON WANT BE BACK AFTER THIS YEAR ARE YOU CAN BE DIEHARDS ALL YOU WANT IF SHEPPARD DONT START THROWIN AND PPL GET IN HIS HEAD THEN HE LEAVIN LSU

we are bitching because we have a coach paid $ 4mill a year and only has done half his job. Last year he did not field a defense, this year he has not put an offense on the field.

Wow! unbelievable. A few weeks back you guys were blaming JJ for clock running out. People on here were saying JJ wasn't smart enough to line up the players. That he has to check with coaches on sideline. This week is Crowton's fault. What gives? So next week when clock runs out y'all will not blame JJ, right.
