He looked pretty good carrying the ball last night in the limited carries he got. Was he runing against Tulane's 1st team defense, or had Tulane already substituted their 2nd team in?

He should be in the two back set with Charlie Scott.

From the two times i have seen him play he is looking more effective than Richard murphy. Murphy is always looking to cut and take the ball out wide when he can go str8 ahead for more yardage. Ridley looks pretty good and looks like he would be pretty effective if he had to spell scott.

Remember, this the star of MPSA "white boy" football who Maximus and SLOWFLOWPRO think is a poor back up to #32, #5 and #26. Watch the kid. I've tooted my horn enough about him. He will compete to be #1 TB next year when seniority will not, will not, be an issue, as it is this year.

Ridley looks like he is our 2nd best RB behind Scott. At worst, he is our third best. No way he is worse than Murphy.

Add Derby Tigah to the SloFloPro & Maxi boys. Derby tried to tear him up worse than any poster on this board. Then SloFlo & Maxi joined in just to bash Miles as always.

Of course when Derby picked Ridley out as a non-skilled wasted scholarship, I knew he'd be good. Derby said he thought Demetrious Byrd was a wasted scholarship among many others. Derby don't trust 'dem Jawja boys either

I would like to see Ridley in the 3rd quarter with those fresh legs. Looks like he would not mind putting his head down and runnin' over ya. Lets put in the guys that want to play and make a difference! GO TIGERS! Beat bama.

First off I would like to say the is my first post tho I have been a member for some time so to you all I say geaux to hell. Now that that's out of the way I would like to say I watched Stevan play high school football his whole career. I can tell you he is the real deal. Not only was he an outstanding running back he played middle linebacker, punted, kicked off, and was on both punt and kick returns. I have wondered sometimes what must be wrong why he's not in the mix more. I can promise you it will take more than one to bring him down. Now you may attack!

I agree, looks patient and then explodes through the holes. He's looked strong every time he's had an opportunity.

yeah...he looked really good. even though it was against tulane's tired defense...he is definitely faster than Williams. I would like to see him and Scott in the I.

SLOWFLOPRO. I'm crazy about Ridley, but he isn't faster than # 32, #5, or #5. What he has is an explosiveness that the others don't have, particularly going into defenders. His shuttle run was faster than even Murphy's ( I think.) He runs like Scott, but not as hard (dudes, Scott is a load that few backs have.) My gripe is that the coaches aren't using more sets with two TB's. I love Johnson, but 2 TB's offer more. Guys, don't slam me so bad about my opinions. My opinion about Ridley is spot on. The others.... well.....
