Anyone ever figure out what's going on with this kid? All world potential but clearly there was some issues toward the end of the season.

I wouldn't worry about it very much.

Next man up.

That's a good question.Donte Jackson was our most picked on corner. Besides our offensive blunder,he was the reason we lost the Fla. game.

All I've heard are rumors about failed drug tests

Aranda will have a spot for him next year. He is told good of a db not to be on the field. He has the size and speed to be all world. He just doesn't have ball skills for a outside corner. He could slide into that nickel back position and take over for #13. He is bigger and more athletic and definitely faster than Thomas.

I actually think Donte would replace Thomas' better than Tolliver. While Tolliver was playing, he was definitely better than Donte, Donte got picked on quite a bit

Not with Kevin Toliver. I would prefer he get himself together and that whatever the problem was is minor. Toliver is one of those rare CB talents that can dominate when head is on straight. He has Peterson, Claiborne, Rashard Robinson ability. I hope he turns it around.

No way there wasn't something else going on beside injury.

Donte Jackson is a concern going forward.
Kid is too weak and skinny right now. He needs to Moffit up big time. I watched him guarding that Fla WR (Caldwell I think) who was a true freshman, but really well built and strong for a frosh. Kid caught a long pass on Jackson when he got behind him and Jackson tried to tackle him and he threw him off of him like a mosquito bothering him. Lol Jackson has to get stronger and really work on his coverage skills or else I'm looking for a kid like Kristian Fulton to take his job.

Who knows what the hell is going on here. All I know is he's too good not to be playing and though I love coach O I have some concerns about some of his personnel handlings. I always despised Miles for his favoritism and the way he treated certain players now I see coach O doing some of that with tolliver and valentine. Very curious but that kid needs to be on the field for us next season.

I can't see at this time tolliver or Donte being good in the slot. They fit more outside (even though they had their struggles). Fulton seems to be next man up at the nickel spot.

When he was playing you did not have to worry about hearing his name. That is a huge compliment for a CB.

Savion is more natural at safety . Doesn't have the hips to be on the outside .
