yeah it's got that disclaimer on it..

this really does make bama's season look weak and less deserving. i wish ESPN would be more fair and balanced.. hopefully OSU can change all that next week.

i don't get the tulsa thing, except for the fact that it's a common opponent with boise st over there at the end.. and probably one of the better teams boise st beat (lol) and they just wanted to say hey we beat them as well..

That's why he put the asterisk at the end.

Stanford over USC is the best win of any of them. Oh but I forgot, who you beat isn important, it's only the losses that matter.

Nice. But I think the rematch is happening. ESPN has been spreading the propaganda for a rematch very vehemently lately.

However, voters outside of the SEC who DO NOT want to see a rematch may come together and push OSU above Bama. We'll know in one week!

if they lose then it's a moot point

Should have put who they lost to as well as the opponent's ranking at the time of the game and current ranking.

Okie fans must be livid right now. Any fanase would be. Could u imagine the outcry if a 1- loss sec champ bama got passed over for a 1- loss team with a clearly weaker schedule that didn't win it's division and had already lost to the other team on it's home field? There'd be riots and the bcs would be scrapped immediately.

Fwiw, Tulsa is a perennially quality team and probably would've finished about 6 or 7 in the sec this year. Truly, the bottom half of the sec was horrible this year.

This and they should have taken off atleast Tulsa.

Anyway they still have a better resume.

How much vocal outcry is there in Stillwater currently? I'd be interested to see it.

That's a very compelling argument. If you look at resume, OSU would have beaten more ranked teams and would also be a conference champion.
