Right now I am not worried about 2011. I want to beat ND in the Bowl and recruit. All this bitching accomplishes what? To me is pointless and repetitious. You can bitch while I support LSU pull for them to win. Suit yourself.

No one was even talking about 2011 until you brought it up "nimrod."

I swear some of you would rather defend CLM with moral victories than face reality...he does not get the most out of the talent he has.

No, I didn't forget about Mettenberger, but I've stated before that he didn't start his career here. Russell and Flynn were recruited and coached by Jimbo and therefore they were good quarterbacks. The QB's that have been with Miles and his group from the start have all been awful.
OK. so now recruiting the #1 QB out of JUCO that year doesn't matter. Do you see how fans of your ilk just adjust reality to attempt to make a non-existent point? Fans like you have made up your mind that all is lost and everything is wrong and just give up so you expect everyone else to feel as you do. Most don't and won't. So be bitter and when LSU "emerges" then you can jump on the bandwagon. Have a great day.

Hey Stripes: Well said and I couldn't agree more. Carry on!
Posted on 12/14/14 at 7:26 am to Topwater Trout
You can't say that without being a negatiger, or you aren't really a fan of LSU if you don't 100% agree with everything Miles does. Try to point out deficiencies and oh my god, you negative and miserable self entitled piece of shite! LEAVE MILES ALONE!! HE'S A GOOD COACH I SWEAR! YOU JUST WAIT TILL NEXT YEAR WHEN WE AREN'T SO YOUNG FOR THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW.

Jump on the bandwagon? . I've been a LSU fan as long as I could comprehend football. I just don't think Miles is a very good coach and now I have to jump on a bandwagon? .

This program's been in free fall since that game. The numbers don't lie. They're undeniable. But it's one excuse after another. We playrf for championships back then; now we're to the point we celebrate the Music City Bowl, the worse TV time slot of any bowl, against a tail sliding ND . And "look forward" to it.
What's going to be the excuse next year and the year after?
Posted on 12/14/14 at 7:33 am to koLSU86
I wonder if all the "positigers" will turn on CLM if he leaves...or just root for his new team. They call everyone who questions the guy negatigers...yeh if wanting the program to get better is a negative consider me the fricking president of the negatigers

OK. Geniuses like yourself Fire Les Miles. Feel better? OK now it's REALITY TIME. You dufuses go find me who is going to win me 80% of LSU's games and win 10 games just about every year. Go find me someone who can recruit at the same level Miles is recruiting at and won't leave the door open to not only Saban but damn near everyone else to raid Louisiana. Go hire me someone who you guarantee me the he will get LSU to two NC games in 10 years and compete against the best teams in the nation on a weekly basis and still go to bowls every year.
Who do you recommend that LSU put on speed dial who fits the bill? Come on tell us o wise ones. Tell all us stupid MOFOs all that you know that we don't. You are so intelligent and all-knowing please share with us that know there are BUSTS out there and we also know that we already have one of top coaches in the country so show who is going to improve us from where we are.
Or as I suspect you will run thru a list of names ASSUMING LSU can get these guys and have the OBAMA attitude of his former campaign slogan
"CHANGE". Yes, change? Getting worse is a change.
I suppose UGA should fire Mark Richt? USCe should fire Spurrier? Mizzou should fire Pinkel?
MSU should fire Mullen? A&M should fire Sumlin?
None of them is winning. FIRE THEM ALL. Buncha losers huh?

The guy used the 2011 SEC championship as an example but then gets pissed when someone mentions the 2011 NC game. It's ok for them to talk about the good of 2011 but just as soon as you point out anything negative about it you're living in the past. That's their logic and they will not let it go. If Miles did leave and we actually improved they would probably jump off a building. They don't understand that people like me just have a problem with the product he puts on the field and not the program in general. I love LSU in general and that doesn't just go for football, but I do not like the way Miles coaches. If that makes me a negatiger then so fricking be it.

If you don't think Miss St is a resurgent football team you're not paying much attention.
resurgent .. implies a comparison from where a team was as to where it is.
..so yes BOTH Miss Teams are experiencing a resurgence ...how long it last, no one knows, but it what it is.
and it has absolutely nothing with LSU's record.
... if you want to compare where LSU is from where it used to be...that's another word..
regress.

State will only be good every so often and that's what they are. They will be good when they have a team full of upperclassmen like they had this season and will return to their normal place in the west next season. Ole Miss will most likely continue to be a solid team since they have a recruiting advantage over State.

FREEFALL?
That's just too stupid to argue with. No, a freefall is like hiring Curley Hallman that some of the resident geniuses all told us and knew he was the right guy to improve LSU. Hallman then went out and won a total of 16 games in 4 years. Miles has won 18 and if he wins the bowl 19 in the last two years. LSU is not in a freefall.

The point is it IS you "negatigers" who keep harping on 2011. Go back and read this thread. It was one of you ilk who brought it up. As usual.

You tried to use the 2011 SEC championship as an arguing point. We were discussing this season before that post. So....Congrats

Let's see how they do without Prescott next year before we say they are trending upwards.
