A lot of time we win just because of recruited talent, having better athletes than our opponent not necessarily game plan, coaching, etc...
What aggravated me about Saturday is Les sticking with I formation, not utilizing or qb's natural talents. That's as backwards as having J Lee or Mett running the option, it's just not their skill set.

Cannot recruit? You can not be serious dude... That is one thing Les Miles can do and prob the reason why he still has his job.

cannot recruit? come on now give him credit for that give him credit for player development on the D side of the ball. yes, he has not used all his talent correctly on the O side but you have to give him credit for those things.
if u wanna bitch he is weak on player and game management, preparation, on the field discipline and he quit on 1-9. go back and watch every game since 05. i have them all on DVD. You will see where he got by on talent and where he was outcoached yet still won. Very few times has he actually beat a coach playing the chess game.
But you have to give him credit for recruiting and even some player development. we can bitch about his QB recruits til the cows come home but overall he has been an excellent recruiter.

He is wrong though, it doesnt take pruple and gold glasses to see that. Les Miles can recruit and is prob his best attribute as a head coach.

I'm saying if it's like any other season where a 2 loss team isn't even in the discussion for the NC game, Miles has 0 NC's and a whole lot less supporters. I know it happened, but a ton of luck was involved (more than any other National Champion I've seen since).
