So what is the story behind JH33 and the girl back in HS.

People on my FB feed were calling him a "rapist" after the playoff game last night, and I was wondering what the facts are.
As I recall, he was charged with a misdemeanor and that was the end of it. Anybody know the story?

I believe the official charge was oral battery of a minor.
Basically got oral sex from a 14 year old when he was an 18 year old senior.

If that charge was brought against someone not a top recruit, much more harsh penalties would have been handed down than community service and lax probation or whatever he got.

i have no idea why it was reported, but this takes about 3 logical leaps
most likely word got out and she was "slut shamed" and then a teacher heard the chatter and she had to come clean
