Looking at tonight and their season as a whole, I say yes.

Nope. Getting pasted by Ole Miss and Arkansas says otherwise.

They won a bunch of close games, but they had quality wins against Ohio State, Iowa, and Michigan.

What makes Iowa a good team again, except avoiding Ohio State, Michigan and MSU on their schedule?

They were a fluke play away from not being in the playoffs. I didn't think they had any business being in it to begin with. Houston would have been a better team in it IMO.

LSU is better than what they showed for a few weeks, it sucks, but LSU isnt some rolling dumpster fire our fans try to make it out to be. They most likely would have faired better than OU and MSU in the play offs.

They LOST TO NEBRASKA

They should have (and I NEVER SAY THIS) lost to Michigan

LSU would beat this Michigan St team.

It would be closer, but LSU would very much have success vs them.

We could be better if our head coach let the OC do his job. Saban realized 3 years ago that he had to let his OCs do their jobs to incorporate a controlled passing game. Unfortunately, our coach hasn't reached that point.

It's the truth.

I am fed up with some of the crap lately as well, but LSU would beat Iowa and Michigan St right now..

Michigan St had some good wins, but they also had their struggles. They barely beat Iowa, and I fully believe LSU would beat Iowa.

Any ways, it's all debatable. These are just my opinions from what I have seen.

I'd actually put LSU better than Michigan St because Michigan St has played mediocre all year. They just have the luxury of being extremely lucky vs Michigan, a weak arse schedule, and beating an also overrated Ohio State by 3.
