Then pul for an Aggy loss

There's a lot of football left to be played. OM can also very well lose @Aub, vs. Arky, or @ State at the end of the year as well.

No, you need to root for aggy because beating aggie at home in Tiger stadium will be easier than beating ole miss in oxford

Doesn't really matter

Us winning out is the only way we get to Atlanta. BAMA has no one left on their schedule besides us.

Go check out their boards and get back to me after they have another 4 loss season and lose 3 top 15 draft picks.

A&m has no one on their schedule that can beat them except Ole Miss and LSU, so for that reason Im pulling for OM.

We don't need to root for some other shite team to do our dirty work. We just need to win out and handle our own business

Sure. But sometimes it helps to have a little good fortune on your side. It would be nice to be able to afford a loss and still make it to Atlanta.

Basically in order to win the west we have to beat Bama, Arkansas, and whoever wins the Ole Miss/aTm game. Anything other scenario makes it very hard for us to win a tie breaker because it will be us and another team that beat us with 1 loss (assuming those other teams win out). I'd rather take my chances beating aTm than Ole Miss ..... so gig 'em.

Call me crazy but I think Auburn will upset either A&M or Ole Miss.

Or both? They've been reduced to the spoiler role now. Playing for bragging rights for the year.

I think Tennessee could play with Bama. They've been in most games, but find ways to lose. If the vols pull the upset, that would be huge!

Depends on if you want Ole Miss or A&M to be knocked out of the West race. If you'd prefer one of them to be a must-win game for us instead of the other, then pull for them.

I've made a thread for all this here, but it hasn't picked up yet. Guess it's still too early.

Bigger chance we lose @ Ole Miss than home vs. A&M in my opinion. So I would lean toward pulling for a loss for Ole Miss.

this is true, but at this point, barring any major injuries to LSU...I can't see either happening. LSU will probably be a slight favorite over OM in Oxford....while I'd expect them to be a 7-10 point favorite over A&M at home. Honestly though, OM has no OL, no running game, swag is suspect, and the defense, beginning at the end of last year, is giving up over 30 points a game to any team with a pulse.....I've also been told their LB's are 220ish range and can't tackle....if this is true...that doesn't bold well against LF.

Don't be so sure of that. Despite what you may think, Bama isn't invincible this year. In addition, they are vulnerable to teams with a mobile qb, who can also throw. People forget, Alabama struggled somewhat with a Wisconsin team that is not very good. They lost to Ole Miss, and they were down to Arkansas 7-3 midway through the 3rd quarter. Yes, they beat a highly overrated Georgia team who still hasn't beaten a team with a winning record this year, and they beat A&M....with the gift of three pick 6. Tom Lugenville or whoever was breaking that game down...and the upcoming LSU game...and he thinks it's an intriguing game because Bama generally hasn't struggled with teams who had a qb that wasn't a threat to run....but they have when teams have a mobile qb who can also run....

It's not likely to happen....but Tenn could give bama more of a scare than many think.
