I think Aranda would stay if he's the head coach. I think Kiffin would come as the head coach.
I don't think either will come or stay under Orgeron.

That is never going to happen so you absolutely dont need to waste time thinking about it.

Great motivator, will always have the Tigers ready to play. 2nd best recruiter in the country. People want to play for him.
Sounds awfully familiar. Wonder if we had any other coaches recently that could be described this way.

Getting shutout and only having 25 yards in the 2nd half.
I'll pass on CEO as HC thanks.

So you think this is worth 3m? He was AHC and RC along with DL coach, why couldn't Coach O motivate the team before now? Was Les telling him not to?

Why would kiffin leave bama ?

First I think the most important component for a successful head coach is leadership. Organization, structure, consistency, decision making, likeability(recruiting advantage), respect, and yes motivation are important components among others. Being the head coach and control of everything from practice to influence on team culture are much different than any assistant job. It is why some coaches are great as assistants and seem destined for great head coaches. It can go both ways. My opinion is Orgeron has a number of great characteristics and I believe Lane is one of the best OC.

Why would he leave Alabama?

A few thoughts:
Maybe he is tired of Saban
Strong relationship with Coach O
More money
Ego

I'm curious as to what your solution for LSU is?
Posted on 11/6/16 at 4:59 pm to YoungTigga22
Without a mobile quarterback who had two key runs (one for a TD aided by an obvious hold), Alabama does nothing last night with a punchless offense.

Why the hell would anyone want anyone from BAMA that isn't Saban. Without Saban they all suck arse and would be mediocre. Jimbo is legit but Kiffin has proved nothing before BAMA

And you have evidence of Coach O displaying these characteristics as a HC from where?

No. I don't want Tosh to make LSU a national joke.
