Slim possibility... but hire Kiffin as OC

Keep orgeron as HC. Pay him, but nothing huge. He wants to be the HC of LSU and would be more than happy with 3 million a year. Hire Kiffin as OC and pay him 2.5 million a year. The same goes for Aranda.

If we're going to go with what we already have, promote Aranda to HC and get a young dynamic and proven OC over here. Aranda is the best coach we have right now.

You guys realize Kiffin isn't all that great, right? Alabama has the horses to run it down our throat, but he kept insisting on playing it cute (and playing into the strength of our defense).
He's also a grade A prick.
If he came here, he'd lose the edge at the O-line that he enjoys at Bama, and his offense would be as hated as ours has been.

The ONLY chance of that would be hiring orgeron permanently but even then, kiffin probably wouldn't work for someone who's always worked for him. He has also got his career momentum on the upswing by the attention being on sabans staff brings and will have a head coaching gig this year or next.
Now, He would jump at the head coaching job I believe. He might could convince orgeron to stay on if he's the head guy.
