Well since you gave us D as an option then D.

But I do think he will contribute how much will depend on Lee getting him the ball.

He'll have an impact, and will be a nice (but not huge) bump to our offense.....

B + some probably special teams work.....

For our sake, let's hope he is significant. Having a third option is what made 2007 so special.

This is off topic, but I don't understand people who have alters. Why did this dude feel the need to post the exact same thing from another screen name?

Likewise, I don't think you punish OBJ and take touches away from him

I'll be unhappy if that happens. He's already my favorite WR.

What kind of impact will Russell Shepard
have this Saturday in Morgantown?
A) Has solid game; establishes himself as #1 receiver over Reuben randle.
B) Does well & meets expectations as a good #2 receiver.
C) Will be very rusty and will make a few mistakes.
D) This post is stupid, go kill yourself lsutigerfan619

poor guy's third post didnt have a chance. first answer was incredibly farfetched and would not and will not ever happen. idk that the thought of that has ever actually crossed anyone's mind before yours. then answer d just made it way too easy. welcome to the rant

No need to be defensive. His double post is more interesting than this thread.

Jesus Christ, he's not going to be "taking touches away" from anybody. If anything, he's going to maximize everybody's touches even more, spread the field so that their touches might equate to more yards. His impact on the offense will be greater than his total yards. That said:

4 catches
4 runs
80 total yards

No doubt. But if he can just help our offense get a few more 1st downs per game, there will be even more opportunities for everybody, even with him getting his.

If doesn't drop the ball it will only help. I hope he has a breakout game. I have the want to beat this team down.

Shep will have a 100 yards receiving and 1 TD (Beckham with the other TD)

I am sure we will see him Sat., but not at the expense of OBJ, it will be Shep making the most out of what comes his way, when it does go to him, he will need to make the most of it and establish himself like OBJ and Randle has... Its really not that complicated, I promise you CLM sees it the same way..

E.

Second down, Wildcat formation, Shepard fakes run, passes to Randle on a streak for 6.

Next series,
Wildcat Formation, Shepard runs for 6.

Shep will be greatly improve our offense. The coaches have been high on him going into the season. Having him on the field improves our already solid running game, but I think this year he becomes a quality receiver and will make huge plays for this team. What I love about Shep is that he is a tough and loves competing.
