I think its when you want to attempt a super man punch but for whatever reason you fail and that is know as crow hoping. Not to be confused with a crow hop throw in baseball.

He needs to drop some pounds IMO. Get a little leaner. I am not sure what he is weighing right now but 260ish is to heavy. He needs to be around 230ish. He looked fat and slow in that fight against Mark Holata. I have not seen him fight though since then, maybe he is not weighing that much.

Talked to him the other day, he's ready and of course the plan is to take him down... Kongo is the wrong guy to test your new stand up game when he's got av 4-5 inch reach advantage.
Shawn game has changed dramatically since he's been in NM, guess that's what happens when your training partner is Bones Jones and Rashad Evans. Should be a great fight if he fights smart, he said they flew in a guy that was 6'6 for him to train with to get used to the reach and height difference.
