And look forward to the future. We were included in the best 5 teams in the nation! Nothing to hang heads over. It was a fun season to watch.

Man I respect the effort , but come on we just got our arse beat twice by TCU. PM has gotta learn how to use pitchers. No way this should have happened

Great team. Fun season. Definitely a Top 5 team.
TCU is definitely a great team, and their pitching staff is deep. It's crazy to think we threw 8 pitchers at them in Game 1 and 7 pitchers at them tonite. Oh, and their leadoff hitter still has yet to get a hit in the CWS. Their arms are superb.
In the off season, my only advice is that CPM study prior CWS and learn how to handle pitchers better in the CWS. My advice for Lange for his sophomore year is to beat on CPM's hotel door all night long until you force him to give you the ball for Game 1. You're not a Freshman anymore. Be The Boss.

This. We competed in exactly one of our three games in Omaha and got our shite pushed in in the other two. For that matter, we didn't look great in the regional or SR.
