Pretty sure synthetic weed does not contain THC, if so, the standard hair/piss tests that have been administered for years would be able to detect it. I'm almost positive it's a different chemical. If it contained THC, it would be pot.

So was this the second violation or did they just jump the gun and suspend them for the first violation? I have heard on the radio that only a second violation requires a suspension.
