Neither are returning… highest their stocks will ever be. Also, LSU showing only Collins at QB is interesting haha. Might be nothing, might be something.

I don’t even think two Gordon’s could get that done

I think that’s true of Nabers but Thomas could climb higher in the first but I still think he will go. risk reward shifting towards leaving

Well normally the first week of Bowl Practice are for the young players (Collins, Womack etc.) to get reps. Also young players that redshirted gets a chance to be coached up doing that first week of practice.

BTJ would very possibly be a top 10 pick in 25 with a full year as the #1 option and a pass happy QB. So I disagree that his stock is at its peak. That would also increase his rookie contract from (where he is projected this year) 10-13 mil to closer to 20+ mil. 7-10 mil is a lot of money. Why doesn’t anyone think he would consider this especially with a nice NIL deal?

Devils advocate…he’s passing on 10-13 that he can’t get back & hes 1 year closer to getting the 2nd contract @ an earlier age

because going pro now not only gets him one year closer to his second contract, but also lets him be one year younger when he does sign that second contract. That's where the real money is. If he performs as well as he expects to perform that 3-7 million now will be negligible down the line.

Goddamnit Schmelly took the words out of my mouth

Just think BTJ wont do as well being THE guy. Defenses would just bracket him and without another 1st rd talent/proven guy like Nabers, his numbers could go down. Also taking a risk if Nuss doesnt pan out or gets hurt and being stuck with an inexperienced QB.

come on, man.

They were part of the best offense in the country this year. There's no room to improve next year.

And they're both projected 1st round picks.

They both have to go.

And next year is a crap shoot as far as who our QB will be. You're not guaranteed as good of a year . Ride this years stats into the NFL draft

I mean that sounds nice but he's already a 1st or 2nd round pick as it is. Plus odds are pretty good Nuss won't find him early on at the level Jayden did.
