I'm not cheering, I just don't care that it got postponed.
LSU sucks at football this year, oh well. I'm not going to cry about it.
I've learned that I can still celebrate them to the fullest when they're good and not let it ruin my life when they suck.

You'd have to be a complete homer, or moron to think we were going to be competitive this weekend. How does wanting to see LSU get throttled at home make you a good fan? I'd watch it and cheer us on regardless, but if we can avoid it, I'm all for it

Oh for fricks sake, what do you want us fans to do? Get depressed over the triple whammy of covid screwing up the season and having players opt out, our team being shite, and games being cancelled? Might as well take a sort of dark humor in the idea that we won’t get whipped this weekend rather than mope over a even more fricked season

How about if the shoe was on the other foot? What if it was Alabama that was missing 20+ players? Let's just say none of their starting lineup was playing then they had WRs playing DB and a punter playing QB. If the game got played this weekend and LSU won, do you not think the game would be an Asterisk?

Youre wrong, we only have like 68 players on scholarship already. Alabama has like 83 or 85. So us losing +20 players and having to play alabama who literally has 2x the number of players on their team. Would I want to play alabama if they were missing over 40 players from their team? No, I would not. It's unfair for the team, and the fans watching.

The only sad thing about it all is the fact people on the rant degrade the coaches, team an the institution. But one thing is for sure... they don’t represent the majority.
