Do you know what lining someone up in multiple postions is dumb one?? Scatback?? As in Shepard lining up at half back then comin out of his stance to line up at WR outside with Landry and Beckham. Or lining up period as a 3rd wideout this being achieved by simply removing a TE or FB. Simply put using a player with elusive abilty in different positions to make plays you dumb bitch.

Then why is he in the damn NFL??

To be fair, if you were a WR at LSU in the last 10 yrs and actually played, you most likely had a stint in the NFL.

He has had a good special teams career in the NFL so far.

He didn't have elusive ability, that was his main problem. If you look back at his big plays he wasn't touched. There were multiple WR screens where he only needed to beat one guy for a big gain and he would get easily taken down.

Because I said lsu's staff tried to get shep the ball in different ways and posted FACTS about Miles' career?

I'm sorry facts prove Miles is a good coach. Deal with it boy

All that is fair. This crap snoballed like usual on here. I made some remarks about how Shepard was used at LSU. If they don't like it, tough. But tell you the truth a player like Shepard was bound to struggle in LSU's system. He is or was more of a spread type player where he could have been used like Demps or Raines was at Florida. A lot of misdirection. One on one isolation type stuff.

Not sure you know what a scat back is, but there's something scatogical about your argument.

Shep has no where near the speed of Demps and his 3 cone drill agility is close to RAINEY (not raines).

Face it. LSU's staff gave Shep opportunities to make plays.

yeah, yeah, yeah! shep didn't have this or that. His speed was terrible, hands also. Couldn't do this or that. Got it!

He doesn't or he wouldn't be calling Shep a scat back. Shep didn't have elite speed and wasn't this shifty player that made people miss which is what a scat back is.

Neither were terrible. His had decent speed and below average hands. The only terrible aspect was route running. Which is expected when you've never played wr and had to hide your break.

typical Miles tard. They tried everything. Really?? Then why is he succeeding in the NFL?? lol

Main reason is because he's a good special teams player and it's where he was most consistent while at LSU. But I guess Miles' preference to play starters and/or quality players on special teams has nothing to do with that.

He wasn't good enough at LSU, they had better players at those positions.
