Road Trip to Green Bay

I haven't seen many people say that they're driving, but I'm hitting the road at 4:30 this afternoon. Going to drive until about midnight and stop for the night where ever I end up. Then Friday morning get up and finish out the trip to my room in Neenah. Who else is driving? I'm not going to be worth a crap at work today

I know three buddies driving from lafayette.
left yesterday. said they were bypassing chicago and taking the hwy through madison to bypass chicago.
Think they have a fishing trip planned tomorrow

You can bypass chicago and still head straight north. If you go around chicago, over to Madison, and then up to Green Bay, they're adding time they don't need to (unless they want to bypass Milwaukee too).

they are taking I39. their reasoning was to just avoid it all.
Im the same way on roadtrips. I would rather tack on an hour to avoid big cities.

We left today at 7. Driving th Mattoon, Il. Driving to Fox Hills resort in Michicott for the week. Passed several Tigers on 55 headed north.

The LSU equipment 18 wheeler drove to STL last night, driving through cornfields of Illinois now on I-55. Will be in GB this afternoon
