There will be a ton of this when this season starts. Just wait on it...

That's what poorly coached teams do.

Over 400 yards of offense

Against a top 5 defense that averaged 293yds given up.

Like the OP said, 4 plays away from being a blowout and yet we somehow lose.

Very frustrating

It was a loss straight out of the Les Miles playbook and yet somehow everyone thinks it is different and refreshing

your observation on Alexander is spot on. He was getting pushed around a lot

Glad that White will be MLB and we got some beefier freshmen coming in to backup. Alexander will do good in coverage and blitzing on the outside, but teams will run right at him after that film.

Turn on the offense when you absolutely have to it (the final drive)
This never happens in football anywhere.
Defenses always play tighter cover and concede TDs, rather than burn clock and give up some yards.

There have been plenty here that blames O. Gave no support, but blamed him anyway. Great indicator of piece-of-shitness.

So if you blame the coach you're a piece of shite (unless his name is Miles)

But if you blame 18-22 year old players you're a great fan.

Makes a lot of sense.

Poorly coached teams, like LSU of past, would retain their entire staff and do the same shite the next season expecting different results.

A well coached team replaces 3 of 5 offensive coaches.

People do realize that changes have been made to the offensive side of the ball right? Reading this thread you would swear coach O hired Cam Cameron to replace Steve Ensminger.

LSU will have a different offense next year.

Coach did not refocus team after the fight. They were motivated just not focused, because of that in crunch time they did not execute. Hopefully CEO gets them to stay focused on assignments when we go to the "Swamp" and not get caught up in the hype that will happen.

Post of the day! Miles had a chance to save his job even after the horrible loss n Green Bay. All he had to do is grow some nuts and attack. It could've been a damn good season and miles would have been praised for turning things around. Funny as soon as O takes over and gives the offense to ensminger we double production offensively. That's when I knew it was the right move.

A team that is not focused does not gain 423 yards against Florida and hold said Florida team to a paltry 270 yards with 98 of that coming on one play.

Fumbles, mishandled snaps and blown coverages are a part of football. I don't think LSU was the only team to fumble or botch a snap last year. I may be wrong but I think I saw other teams fumble last season.

Watching the Bama game now. I've never seen LF so indecisive. He shutter stepped so often. I know it wasn't all on him but he missed some chances. And etling was terrible. He was off kilter all night. I like how he bounced back after that loss though. He seemed to play much better down the stretch after that horrible showing.

U r wrong, team was motivated but not focused that is the reason we made a ton of mistakes on 3rd downs, in scoring positions and at crunch time. They did not stay focused on individual assignments.
