As long as they don't touch the Georgia State game, i'll sacrifice a home game.

wisconsin in green bay is not a true neutral site game... if it is, LSU needs to play in the Superdome and call that a neutral site

I like it it's not very likely I will ever go to Lambeau to see the Saints play, but I would definitely make the trip to see LSU play there.

I'm old enough to remember LSU going to Madison and winning. We can do it again.

How much would it suck to play Wisconsin and have a potentially great road trip killed because they want to play in green bay?

yeah i don't get the allure of making a trip to green bay. the people's republic of madison is supposed to be decently fun

These "neutral site" games are nothing but money grabs and they ALL come at the expense of a good/great home/home series ! I think the season ticket holders take enough of a beating with 2-3 crap OOC games a year, and should be "rewarded" with a good OOC opponent at LEAST every other year !
After paying thousands of $ each and every year...is that too much to expect ? I think NOT !!

Are you just jealous that I have more tickets than U ? No matter who gets my "extras"...I want a decent home slate EVERY year and the B.R. business community deserves it as well...how can you refute that ????

You mean highest bidder

It bothers you because you cant profit on a high profile matchup

i agree we need better ooc home games, but i like these neutral site big games to kick off the year. Great exposure for the program and good road trips for fans. The real problem is scheduling too many cupcakes at home. We need to forget the ULMs, and Techs of the world and replace them with mediocre teams from BCS conferences like Washington, Oregan state, arizona, like we do only occasionally. With the 4 team playoff, that could be the difference when there are several 1 or 2 loss SEC teams trying to get in.

You are absolutely correct...at the same time, would it not make sense to keep those season ticket buyers, at least somewhat placated...you know we do pay the vast majority of the "freight", so to speak !
How much do you "contribute" to your university ?

Party at Lambeau? It is in the middle of a subdivision and is the worst venue in America to "party"....real small city and no parking..

If you can find somewhere to party in Green Bay, or anywhere for that matter, I feel sorry for you.

You're missing the point "rouge" 3 OOC rent a wins are NEVER a good thing and neither is "selling" a prime neutral site game ! I attend most home AND away games and pay PLENTY to do so and somewhat resent these money grabs by our athletic dept., that's not hard to understand is it ?

Home and Home or nothing. Frankly, I don't even like these games in Dallas.
