Radio stations in New Orleans have been saying that PM is meeting with NCAA officials this afternoon to talk about restructuring the start times due to the weather forecast for this weekend. Any late breaking news?

Don't you just have to be ready to play whenever you can throughout the weekend?

As long as they are more proactive than last year, which shouldn't be hard to do.

That's a no go. They moved the International Beer Festival onto the floor of the Super Dome due to the threat of rain this weekend.

Rain expected to move into Baton Rouge around daybreak Friday. Upper Level Low over Central Texas will be moving ESE over next 48 hours. Spokes of rainbands will invade Southern Louisiana. The good news is that these bands will have breaks in between. But A Flash Flood Watch is likely late tonight through Saturday night. 80 percent chance of showers and Thunderstorms esp. during afternoons.

2-4 inches of rain likely through late Saturday night over BTR.

I have a feeling lightning will be a bigger problem than rain.

Subject makes me believe it has already been rescheduled.

Anyway, what's the best way to tailgate in the rain? Tents on tents?
