We have nobody to blame but ourselves for scheduling so weak.

But we beat them 2-3 at THEIR place......and to add on top of that we beat two potential top 8 national seeds at their house!

With that said, your RPI is your RPI... if the schedule was horrible, we wouldn't have a top 8 RPI

A top 10 RPI and proving you can beat top 10 teams are not the same. A&M played 7 games against teams that have a chance of making it to Omaha - Baylor, Rice and Fullerton. 5 of those games were at home. A&M went 1-6.

A&M played a very respectable OOC schedule, a hell of a lot tougher than LSU's

Right....our OOC was terrible but I wouldn't brag about yours outside of CSF bro.

Who knows man. Perception is tough to overcome. They started #1, played a great schedule & gave us a hell of a series missing 2 starters (ok 1 threw 1 inning). Record vs. RPI top 100 seems to be their favorite stat this year.

Who knows what the committee will do. These projections are just sports writers speculating.

Touché also I can never get my links to work on my iPad. But regardless A&M will most likely be the first team left out of a national seed, I don't think many teams would want to be paired up with them in the supers because their rotation is either first or second in the nation. I still think the selection committee will shaft the Ag's and send them to the west coast for a super so I don't think will play till the CWS anyways.

Wow, 7 SEC bids and 4 regional hosts. 8 and 5 if you count t a&m. We could dominate the CWS.

Ya next year SEC baseball is going to be fun, way more excited for the matchups. Being in the Big 12 really hurt us this year, it will be nice to be in a respectable conference with legit teams.

I wouldn't read too much into this. These projections will change countless times during the conference tournaments.

Hopefully Baylor goes 2nQ in OKC & A&M runs the table. I want no part of Wacha, Stripling & co. come Supers. Gimme Baylor all day.

Yea, I can't argue that A&M's starters across the board are salty. I'd have to say our guys have done a pretty fair job as well. When you look at the stats, both staffs are pretty damn comparable. Hopefully we meet in Omaha rather than before.
