Bats are still duds. The swing in the ninth should have won it for us. Baseball is ruined because pitchers can pitch with no fear of the long ball. The balls have no bite and hang forever. Hard liners are now soft liners. Sucks to be a batter. Life is a beach holiday for the pitchers, unless you are lefty, brought in to face lefties and give up the lead to two batters.

no-one is going to consistently hit the ball out in this era of college baseball. I rather have a team who strings base hits together, finding holes in the outfield and infield. Instead of a team who swings for the fences, maybe leads the nation in homers but average is way down.

I think this team has pretty good power. Aren't we slugging close to 500 and one of the tops in triples, doubles in the sec?

We should recruit power hitters, pitchers who throw above 95 mph, and golden glove fielders. Wtf is PM doing? The rant has it all figured out.

This is a really good team, and I'm not a pumper. They play great defense, have some good young arms, and probably the best hitting team we have had in a few years. Yes, we lost tonight, but I'll take my chances every game with outhitting the opponent. Sometimes it just isn't meant to be....tonight was one...the line out double play should have been the end all....but just some bad luck. This team is good.

Have we been outhit in a game yet this year? I know in our two losses, Nicholls and Ole Miss we outhit the other team, just couldn't bring runners in.
