Speaking of Jamarcus, his first start came on the road as a REDSHIRT freshman. 3 turnovers and he was pulled for marcus randall (who led a comeback victory).
Just thought id throw that out there for those judging a true freshman qb by his first start (on road vs perhaps best team in nation).

If I am remembering correctly, didn't JR violate a team rule or just piss Nicky off before the game? Seems to me that that was the main reason he rode the bench so long.And after the game, knowing Nicky was gone, JR flipped him off, either literally or figuratively.

I just read where Saban screwed us again: He took Culpepper as QB and left us with some leftover from San Diego.

I'm glad that stupid fool is leaving us! No way we shoukd have lost to Iowa. This is the new LSU - we don't lose games we're supposed to win! We've said goodbye to the 1990s and are better off without him. Good fricking riddance, Nick Saban!
The next coach of LSU is gonna air it out every game with these QBs we now have and we're gonna rule the West for years to come. Texas A&M is no longer a rivalry and we're gonna beat Bama every year now so I guess we'll have to find a new rivalry.
