Random Thought: How bad does Lanard Fournette regret quitting the team in 2019?

Was watching the Texas game from 2019 and forgot he was getting a decent amount of playing time at that point in the season. He probably wouldn't have played much when Clyde took over, but he has to be sick he didn't stick it out.

Something tells me it was more than him just quitting
Probably had to leave or face some kind of suspension

It was such a weird decision.

And I get it’s not easy being on a Football team, but even at that point we were looking like we were gonna win the whole thing.

Only reason he was on the team to start was because of Leonard.

Those touches that went to Chris Curry late in the year, he might have gotten some of those. Lanard actually ran better than I thought he would coming in.

That may be true but he could play. He wasn’t great but he belonged on the team.

He's made $40 million in the NFL. He has no regrets and neither would I.

I’m sure the team knew they were special well before that game.

Lanard Fournette is not an NFL football player. His brother Leonard Fournette is though.

Lanard, not Leonard.

Leonard would have needed 6 seasons to still be on the 2019 team.
