It's pretty obvious Harris isn't putting in the work the coaches need to see to overtake Jennings.

I've seen multiple references to this. Can someone with knowledge please expand? TIA

Good read. Jennings seems like a smart kid, just doesn't quite have the physical talent. Hope Harris figures it out soon.

Jesus, you're such a melodramatic pussy. That article is pretty much what I expected, why the frick are you freaking out?

The coaches are obviously content with playing Jennings and he stated what they're telling him. He said he needs to execute better and that's obvious. What did you want him to say? I fricking suck, pull me out of the game?

This.

I read the article and I was thinking that the mouthbreathers on here would love that he was admitting faults. But as usual, they have to find some way to let their pussies bleed.

I would like to ask: "AJ if you are truly a team player and want what is best for the program, when will you step aside to let Harris Develop?"

Haha yea because he has been so mean to Harris and said its his ball and Brandon can't play.

Please tell us you are not capable of procreating.

I find it funny that posters on this board think they can tell when a qb goes through his progressions.you don't know the play and you don't know his first read.of course he locks onto a receiver at times but all but a few college qb do that sometimes. If he really never went through his progressions, our 3rd wr wouldn't be in the top 30 in yards. I'm in no way saying AJ is a good qb. I just think it's funny that posters actually think they can tell a qb is going through his reads without knowing the play or who his first read is.

He has two answers he uses in interviews no matter the question, "oh definitely" and "oh most definitely"

What do yall expect the coaches to tell him "you suck, your horrible now out there and win us a game." The coaches are managing the situation and the product they have.

It appears to me that AJ is a good kid that is working to improve and has a positive attitude.
It sounds as if he is saying that he just needs to deliver the ball better and hopefully that is something to do with mechanics so he can be more accurate...something that is coachable.

It seems as if BH has more natural talent and just needs to catch up to AJ in the mental aspect of knowing the playbook and being able to read the coverage and call the right audible.

None of us have the right access to deem who gives us the best chance to win so we have to trust the coaches. I usually say ..the coaches know best and leave those decisions to them as they are the most qualified.

There are things like the Welter/Beckwith situations where the switch appeared to be obvious to the fans and it appeared to take way too long for the coaching staff to make what now looks to be the right change.

Hopefully the QB situation is not similar.

I think Jennings is doing as he is told. Quinn had two drops, he missed a wide open Dural, and Dural fell down.

Before anyone thinks I am defending Jennings, I am not. I don't think he is very good. But I do think he puts the team in a position to win...he just doesn't execute we'll at all. I do think some of this is coaching as well.

I also don't think anyone should try to dissect the words of a college soph with too much malice

Rewind the rant to last year after the Arkansas game Jennings was a best thing since sliced bread. Now he is worst thing to come through LSU. Bipolar people!! Lsu is having a good season losing to 3 top 10 teams. GEAUX Tigers no matter what!

Jennings makes decent decisions IMO. His arm talent is kind of lacking.

That was the worst example of pulling quotes and presenting them out of context I have ever seen.

That was a very humble interview by a good kid who wants to get better. And his accuracy is his biggest problem, for the most part.

Go away.
